It’s really amazing how 11 minutes of dancing can change the mood. My flight was late, I would have rather been in bed already, but first I danced to:

I still felt tired, but I didn’t feel gloggy. I felt proud because I kept my commitment to myself, and I felt centered because I did the same thing again that I’ve been doing every day since 11/11/09 – I danced 11 minutes, yay!!
